How to join the Festival

Each year the “Città di Cisternino” Music Association selects the music bands that send their registration form for participation. The selection is carried out by a qualified jury of experts.

Applications are open: download, fill in and send us the registration form by 31st December 2024.

Conditions of the stay

• You can only benefit from the special conventions for full-board accomodation proposed here by the organisers.
• The cost of the full-board accommodation is € 210.00 per person, for the whole period of 3 days. There is the option of exenting your stay in Cisternino, at the same conditions, subject to availability.
• The fee includes full-board accommondation throughout the course of the Festival at the Hotel “Lo Smeraldo” in Cisternino.
• Given the favorable deal in high season, some rooms will have three and four beds.
• The return trip and all transfers on site are at your expense.
• 1 free guest for every 25 people.
• Upon confirmation, we require a deposit of € 1000.00 by bank transfer (IBAN: IT08A0860779170001000711929 account name: ASSOCIAZIONE MUSICALE “CITTA' DI CISTERNINO” – PIAZZA DEI NAVIGATORI s/n – 72014 CISTERNINO).
• Interested groups are required to send a short CV of the group and digital photos.
• Participation in the festival is subject to seat availability upon confirmation.
• It should be noted that the festival is a non-competitive event, only intented for entertainment.
• Participating groups will find a stage equipped with lights, mixer, music stands, and a jazz drum.
